Section 6: CANCELLATION POLICY and PAYMENT
Cancellation policy
Should you need to cancel your registration, the following refund policy will apply:

> 60 days before exhibition: 100% refund on booth fees

45-60 days before exhibition: 75% refund on booth fees

< 45 days before exhibition: No refund

Note: ALL refunds will be subject to a €150 processing fee.
Payment
Upon receipt of your registration forms, we will issue an invoice and forward with full payment instructions and fair participant information.
